• Tender documentation, tender and onsite supervision.
• Assigned certifier under new building control regulations 1/03/2014.
• Project Supervisor Design Process
• Fire certificate applications, (required for all buildings except private residential).
• Disability Access Certificates, (required for all buildings except private residential).
• Condition survey reports for property sales.
• Preparation and issue of legal maps for Land Registry and property sales
• BER certificates.
• Planning and Building regulation certification.
